Topic: Can't post reviews Posted: January 13 2011 at 08:01 |
I am currently logged in to the forum, but cannot post a review. It asks me to login. I logged in again but still got no space for posting reviews. What's going on?

The login to the forum is different to the login to the site. Here's where you need to be logged in: Does this help?

It may be a software error from PA, we all had it yesterday I think, but it's working fine today. In that case, we need M@x to investigate your case.

There was an issue a while back with people using the Zonealarm firewall. You could try turning your firewall off while you log in, and see if that helps?

I am using Mac, no Zonealarm, no firewalls. However, recently another person update my software and installed some addons but I have no idea what has been changed if anything. I am not expert user of Mac.

Yes, I can try - via Skype... :) It must be that some tiny Mac gadgets he installed are blocking the cookies for PA, but how come I can login to forum and can not login to the member zone for posting reviews is puzzling me...?

I contacted the guy. He tried to login with my member details from a different Mac computer in Italy. The result is the same: no admission to my membership/collab zone. :( So I guess, it is not a problem with my machine here in Bosnia... What could be the problem?

If you have these problems... A good browser is: GOOGLE CHROME!
I resolve all my problems with PA and MMA with this browser!

The last review I posted was on 26 December. After that I cannot login to collab zone and cannot post any review..
I am not sure what kind of updates were installed on my Mac, I have to check... But again, it seems to me it is not the problem with my machine.
