Do you believe that The durutti column is a progressive band?

there were a lot of experimental bands in the so-called post-punk era. I even suggested to have a new subgenre in PA (we have already two post-something so adding a third one would not surprising me). If you do some research you will find some post-punk related threads where Durutti Column was discussed among other artists.
