Recommend Me Some "Concept Jazz?"

   So I've been really digging jazz lately (actually have this site to thank for that... One thing or another led me to Bitches Brew and ever since then I've been working my way backwards, getting more and more hooked), and trying to broaden my horizons there. My knowledge of the genre is actually relatively limited.

Anyway, while so far I've enjoyed everything I've come across, there are two compositions in particular that really grabbed me: John Coltrane's A Love Supreme, and Charles Mingus' Pithecanthropus Erectus. What really appeals to me about those is that they're both taking a concept and fleshing it out instrumentally, which I find very powerful and innovative (which is probably entirely unsurprising coming from a prog fan LOL). 

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of anything else done along those lines, good tone poems and that sort of thing.
