I've never had a crowd surfing experience at a concert in my life.  Looks kewl.Rawks
Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

When I saw Converge live, there was a guy with a broken arm who was crowd surfing. He also stage dived twice, and the second time, Converge's vocalist grabbed him and threw him into the crowd, which was awesome.
