My trusty IE steed has finally given out on me and IE 8 can't open without crashing, so I've switched to Opera, but for some reason on PA, and not on any other forum I've tried it on, pressing enter always makes a 1.5 space that I can't get rid of, and when I quote a shorter post and hit enter after the [/quote] tag it creates spaces inside the quote, which is incredibly annoying because I like to have all my posts formatted nicely to distract from the terrible content they contain, and then I have to waste time fixing it so there aren't giant spaces.

Is it just me? If not is there a fix? What is even going on?

I don't have any solutions for you, but at first I thought you were talking about the genre of music.

Same...whats opera in terms of browsers. Sounds like it's tweaked your resolution settings.

I'm posting from Opera now and I see what he means about the extra space when you hit enter.

I guess I should clarify, it's a very well known browser in addition to being a genre of music.

Non-conformists. The formatting of FF and Chrome annoys me.

I'm using Opera as well. If you want to stop making paragraphs with each ENTER hit, you have to use SHIFT+ENTER to make one liners.
There's a point where "avant-garde" and "experimental" becomes "terrible" and "pointless,"
