if I'm using chicken for salad or in stirfry (or McNuggets Smile), I like the white--  but give me dark for flavor and richness

I generally prefer white, will eat either in a pinch, and would gladly give up chicken forever if I could always have beef in its stead. So I voted for steak.

I don't care for all the "other" options as far as the poll goes.  I'm a meat eating man in about every respect.  Kill it, grill it, and it'll fill it.

But given the question is about poultry, I choose on chick chick.  Smile

I'll go for dark meat, cooked properly it has much more flavour.

You know that popcorn chicken is just a cynical ploy by KFC to increase the amount of fat, salt and sugar in your meal while also increasing profit, right?
