Three things:

1. On the tracklisting of David Sylvian's album Brilliant Trees it should be mentioned that Words with the Shaman (the last three tracks) is a bonus on the 1994 Caroline reissue. (Rateyourmusic also lists this reissue as a compilation because Words with the Shaman was originally (1985) an EP, but I don't think this is necessary on PA.)

2. The tracklisting for the original 1985 cassette edition of Alchemy: An Index of Possibilities is (according to Rateyourmusic):

A1 Words with the Shaman
   Pt. 1 Ancient Evening 5:15
   Pt. 2 Incantation 3:27
Pt. 3 Awakening (Songs from the Treetops) 5:17
A2 Preparations for a Journey 3:39
B Steel Cathedrals 18:52

As far as I know the remasters are all the same (as listed on PA).

3. The tracklisting of Gone to Earth on PA is that of the original vinyl (1986). The most commonly available CD release (1986) omits some of the instrumental tracks:

1 Taking the Veil 4:39
2 Laughter & Forgetting 2:40
3 Before the Bullfight 9:45
4 Gone to Earth 3:02
5 Wave 9:11
6 River Man 4:55
7 Silver Moon 6:07
8 The Healing Place 5:35
9 Answered Prayers 3:11
10 Where the Railroad Meets the Sea 2:53
11 The Wooden Cross 5:01
12 Home 4:31
13 Upon This Earth 6:22

This is probably less important, but there's a 2003 remaster which includes all the original tracks and a couple of remixes as bonus tracks (the 2006 remaster has the same tracks, I think):

Disc 1:

1 Taking the Veil 4:39
2 Laughter & Forgetting 2:40
3 Before the Bullfight 9:45
4 Gone to Earth 3:02
5 Wave 9:11
6 River Man 4:54
7 Silver Moon 6:08
8 River Man [remix] [bonus track] 4:23
9 Gone to Earth [remix] [bonus track] 1:55
10 Camp Fire: Coyote Country [remix] [bonus track] 3:42

Disc 2:

1 The Healing Place 5:35
2 Answered Prayers 3:11
3 Where the Railroad Meets the Sea 2:53
4 The Wooden Cross 5:01
5 Silver Moon Over Sleeping Steeples 2:25
6 Camp Fire: Coyote Country 3:45
7 A Bird of Prey Vanishes Into a Bright Blue Cloudless Sky 3:20
8 Home 4:35
9 Sunlight Seen Through Towering Trees 3:00
10 Upon This Earth 6:30

Fourth thing:

"Forbidden Colours" is on the CD but not on the vinyl edition of Secrets of the Beehive. And on the 2003 and 2006 remasters there's Promise (The Cult of Eurydice) (3:28) instead of Forbidden Colours.

- in question, because there are 17 tracks on the artist's official websitehttp://www.davidsylvian.com/discography/albums/david_sylvian_gone_to_earth.html.
Changed nothing.

I've got the CD and these are the 13 tracks on it. I think it should be mentioned so that people don't expect to find 17 tracks on the CD.

Good point.

Can you prepare lists of 13- and 17-track CDs (for example, like this:
13 tracks: CD Virgin XXX (1992), CD Cannibal Records YYY (2015), ...
17 tracks: CD Babylon Whore ZZZ (1999), CD Crazy House Rec. YYY (2010), ...)?

I guess it's easier for you (because you are familiar with Sylvian music) than for me.
If you can't I can do it by myself, but it will take some time.
