Dear viewers and ProgArchives members,

After The Producers Edition (part 1 and 2) in which we discussed the PROGRESSIVE side of music ? We now have the GROOVY Producers Edition !

Progressive X Grooves ... bridging both styles !

Progressive X Grooves radio completed a list of producers, who are in my humble opinion:

- allround
- soundwise ¨warm / detailed / powerfull¨
- pioneers

Many producers are good / very good (respect to them all !!!) but these 10 guys add little more ...
In alphabetical order many operate as a duo:

- Chris Barbosa / Mark Liggett
- Eumir Deodato
- Butch Ingram / Family Ingram
- Jimmy Jam / Terry Lewis
- Lionel Job
- Mauro Malavasi / Jacques Fred Petrus
- Nick Martinelli / David Todd
- René Moore / Angela Winbush
- Leon F. Sylvers III
- Michael Stokes

DISCUSS this topic with us on LIVE RADIO:

* Sunday 25 july 2010 (including an EXTRA hour !)*
# 8 PM - 11 PM (Amsterdam time)
# 2 PM - 5 PM (New York time)

Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis - have you possibly misunderstood the word "progressive"?

Thanks Chopper for your reply and yes you´re correct: Jam & Lewis are NOT progressive in a rock way ...

However Progressive X Grooves radio has started a NEW thing by combining TWO different styles:

* Progressive Rock / Metal
AND
* Groovy tracks

By combining TWO completely different styles ... I hope to inspire bands and listeners ...

So please everyone ... Open Your Mind ... And ENJOY
Wink
