Bass guitar (4 string fretted and fretless, 6 string), upright bass, some cello (along with the fact that my fretless bass is normally in cello tuning), trombone.

Guitar and bass, and a xylophone-like children's toy. Also very, very poorly the harmonica.

Synth, acoustic classical guitar, and electric guitar. How well is debatable.

Acoustic guitar, not very well Drums, not very well yet but it's the instrument I'm focussing most on Clarinet/Alto Clarinet - Played it for a few years in school, getting back into it, and despite the gap since I last played I can play it better than either of the other two.
I once knew how to play piano, I think I finished grade 1. But I was 8 at the time and have no recollection anymore.
Of late, I have really been getting into learning these instruments.

Guitar (acoustic and electric), a bit of bass, a bit of keyboards
And the tuba. Why is tuba not an option?

Electric guitar, electric bass, percussion, vocals. I plan on writing and recording all the parts of a band when I go off to college next fall.

^I'm doing that at the moment, great fun at times and a pain in the ass at others Except that I don't do vocals, I'm a pretty good but horribly insecure singer.

I kind of just wanted to list the more popular instruments. I will admit that I didn't even think of the tuba, though. Sorry 'bout that.

I can do all those except flute, trumpet and sax. And do bass and cello really belong in the same category? I can play both, it just seems like an odd combo.
And vocally, I can do a decent Peter Hammill impression.
