It doesn't have one.

That is to say, it changes about every 3-4 bars, between 4/4, some 5/4, I think there was some 6/4 or 7/4 too

But you can't actually fit the whole track into one time signature

It's something that, once you learn to listen for it, you will notice in a lot of classical and classical influenced music... which includes a large chunk of progressive rock

This is riff-based!
It means that the time signature isn't a starting given. The guitarist just exposes his riff, and drums follow.
And it's not very interesting here to figure out a time signature. It's a groove!
