What I can recognize:
L to R
Top row: Keith Emerson, Frank Bornemann and Eloy persons, Ragsdale of Kansas on the violin, Petrucci and fingers of Dream theater, Fish, is that Gary Chandler of Jadis on the right side??
Bottom row: no idea, IQ, Pallas?, No idea

I can't either. I only recognize Keith Emerson and Robbie Steinhardt (Kansas). I would think there is also John Petrucci with some old DT keyboardist but not sure

I can't recognize some of the musicians you metion Transend like Borneman Gary Chandlers because I simply never saw them before.
But the guy with the violin is with 100% of seccurity Robbie Steinhard from Kansas. Ragsdale was thinner and looks like David Lee Roth playing violin.
