 Well the daffodils are blooming and the birds are twittering in the trees so I guess that means spring is here, which means it's very nearly time for RoSFest USA. You've got a stunning line up once again with Pendragon headlining the Friday night showcase. (you need a seperate ticket for this) The lads are really looking forward to getting back to the US and playing a great show, and we hope to see some PA-ers amongst the throng! This year's Festival is in the historic town of Gettysburg PA and as well as some top notch prog I'm hoping to do a wee bit of historical sightseeing over the weekend. I did search for RoSFest news before posting this but it came up with nothing. I'm Eric Rosen. I have been a Pendragon fan for 15 years plus. I have all the music. know it all by heart and adore it. Pendragon is by far, my favorite band. I attended the Rosfest 2 years ago and saw Pendragon for the first time, which was a fantastic experience, though I couldn't stay aftershow and meet the band.
I am SO excited to come to Gettysburg to see the band again, but this time have made arrangements to stay locally so I can enjoy all the festivities. I am bringing a friend with me who I turned on to the band only recently and he is excited too.
For the record, I used to run North America's first ever Marillion fan club, called the ONAMFC (Offiicial North American Marillion Fan Club), and also promoted Fish's Sunsets On Empire CD to radio when I was working in the music business myself.
Does anyone know if there will be a pre-show get together as well as post-show?
Looking forward to great times and maybe new friends.
