   I noticed some mistakes in the Miles Davis discography. There may be several more that miss the right time by one year, but these were the bad ones I noticed:
Seven Steps to Heaven: 1963 (not 1959) http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=19301Water Babies: 1976 (not 1969 even though it was recorded in 67 and 68) http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=19271
The Complete in a Silent Way Sessions: 2001 (and reissued in 2004, definitely not 1969) http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=19276
