"Christmas Through Your Eyes" is now online - Click Here is now online. Just dropped by to say I've spent a couple of weeks writing and recording a little Christmas track. It's a little festive.. but it gets a little dark towards the end.
Please feel free to send the page as a Christmas Card to your friends and family. I wanted to look at Christmas through the eyes of children. Christmas is that magical exciting time, but for children Christmas also has a dark side. At what other time of year would we tell our kids that a strange man will be coming into the house at night while we are asleep and that this is OK? I think the middle eight section captures that darkness, so make sure you listen to the whole song. Like the artwork not all is as it first appears (Look closer at Santa's Sack) ;o) I also wrote from my own experience as a parent and the chorus reflects this. It's easy to be cynical about Christmas, with all the commercialism that goes with it, but Christmas is for children, and when you re-live Christmas through the eyes of your own children you find the magic returns. Enjoy and Merry Christmas. Edited by Q6 - December 05 2009 at 17:39 |

Not to mention he's coming down your fireplace, which would have a fire going if it's winter. Nice track. Really enjoy Focal Point, too. And its case didn't get soaked. |

The "Creepy" part actually makes the perfect cross into the transformed chorus. Gave me goosebumps, well done!
