I have a suggestion- I feel the reviews of any Prog-Related bands should not show up on the main page- as they may be misleading to a newcomer to the site. I don't know if this has come up before- sorry of it has.

I don't agree. Every time a "controversial" prog related act was added, there was a choir going "now the homepaged will be flodded with Metallica/Who/Hendrix etc. reviews". How many prog related reviews do we have on the homepage on a regular day like today? Zero out of 50.

I strongly disagree. What difference would it make? The bottom line is that these bands are still present on the site, and many appear in the most visited artists. The person who doesn't want to see a prog related review on the front page (Who are you?)could still find the artist on the database, so unless you're considering getting rid of prog related bands, this wouldn't do anything.

And on top of that, I really doubt anyone would be misled by an Iron Maiden review on the front page- especially when the reviews are still here.

From another perspective, how do you think someone would feel after spending hours of their time writing a review, only for it not to appear on the front page because of the prog subgenre it's in. People would care about that. People don't care when they see a prog related review on the front page. It's that simple. There's no good reason why we shouldn't have prog related reviews on the front page.

Sorry, but I really strongly disagree with this statement.
