Remember that "Your Scene Sucks" website?

Well, it's been updated recently and finally now has some relevance to the Prog Archives as one of the lampooned subcultures are post-rock fans.

I'm actually most amused by this lady who's a dead ringer for at least half of the female students at the university I attend, and that their neo-thrasher is like a lot of my friends in junior high except much stupider and gaudier dressed. My old friends were quite a bit smarter than their image/lifestyle would suggest to outsiders, then again they didn't spend their entire free time looking for patches of obscure bands.

That said, I have to wonder how many fans of Christian rock really are like this? And I'm still waiting for the site to satirize neo-beatniks and traditional goths.
