Hello to all.
 
Im taking UK based AREA 39 out live (at last) in 2010 and im looking for a cheap but nice light system and also a projector and screen.
 
I have no idea on any of this and wanted to ask if anyone can help ?
 
LIGHTS.
Something that works with the music in tempo, different colours, dim in and out with the music ect.
 
PROJECTOR.
Im looking for something that will run films and also run lighting fx's (at different times) i do understand that i will run it from a laptop so do i need programs to run it ?  Im looking for someone to make the films that we will show.
 
Can anyone help with any of this ?

what i would do is go and see a pa/ dj equipment rental company and see what they have on offer and try some equipment out before investing in your own, the rental co. should know which manufacturers produce the most reliable and effective gear for touring  Smile
