It's pretty funny that it  looks like Padraic  posted an inane spammy topic in the Prog lounge.  The first post was deleted (or when the spammer's account was deleted the post went with it) while the thread remained.  It was a post marketing  pay-for audio conversion software of the type that one can easily find legally available elsewhere.  The title was a hook to get people to check the topic.
