Nope, not "progressive alternative" or "nu-prog,"just the regular old kind of alternative. Like Incubus.

In the beginning they weren't even prog, except a few moments. Post hardcore =/= prog.

Wait, wait a minute! Shocked There's a part on the new album with a 3/4 melody with a 4/4 drum beat! I take back everything I said. Wink

Why do people make threads about bands already added to the site?

Hey, how about a new thread: "Bands you don't like are already added--get used to it."

Can't speak for stonebeard, but I quite like dredg. I just don't hear any prog in them.

But anyway, I don't see this thread ending well, so I will butt out while I can. Sleepy

To make people realize how completely wrong they were and and cry into a glass of cheap booze in a dimly lit kitchen, contemplating suicide.

Why does anyone do anything if not for that?

Don't we have a section relating to bands?

Post in the correct forum please, it isnt a lot to ask, is it?

yes. The thread was posted in the Prog Lounge, was it not?

I was going to move it to Prog band appreciation, was I not?

Instead I moved it to Just For Fun, because I enjoy having to move threads to their rightful place, do I not?
