Hello  i recently see the efforts of some fellows members ans collabs to do with starting threads of discussion albums, so i might figure if they can do that discusion in prog rock albums, why not do in general music albums?

So i started with an album of my favourites Dave Mason Headkeeper, as you may know this album went early in sale in 1872 with the refusal of Mason being released, by his old company who have this tapes a side of studio cuts and a side of live renditions of Mason classics and Traffic good old Pearly Queen.

My favourite track in this album is the formidable version of World of Changes, i'm amaze of the playing of the hammond organist, i think that is great one to do the minor and mayor changes of the main melody of the song and eclipse the entire band, except the voice of Mason himself who is great as ever.

What you do think about??? Wink

'Headkeeper' is an excellent album and sadly overlooked album as are

and

The Hammond in 'World In Changes (Live)' from 'Headkeeper' is much more prominent than the studio version on the 'Alone Together' album.

Ah, now I understand. I never heard Headkeeper, but I do know World In Changes. So it's on the Alone Together album as well, which is a great album, just like Mason's solo debut album.

So Headkeeper is good too? Maybe it's time to try out another Mason album then.
