I noticed that there are too few prog subgenres in this site, less than 50!
Some suggestions for new entries:
 
Deaf Prog (aka. Braille Prog)
The albums of the artists belonging to this subgenre are empty, however, in the booklet there is a transcription of the music in Braille language.
 
Stadium Prog
Complex, long suites to incite your favourite football team
(Some will argue that the artists belonging to this subgenre got their inspiration from Roger Waters'  Fearless)
 
Porn Prog
Eclectic, hard-prog bands focusing the attention on a lyrical theme often overlooked in Progressive music. 
Explicit covers drawn by Roger Dean.
 
Morse Prog
Prog music entirely in Morse Code language. (Review: "...and then come four points, a space and another point, representing a wild, fiery guitar solo...")
 
Minor Percussions Prog (aka. Vibraslap Prog)
Exciting prog played exclusively with Vibraslap (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vibraslap), Cabasa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabasa), Agogò (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agog%C3%B4) other grossly overlooked percussions
 
Vinyl Scratches Hard Prog
In this prog subgenre, the albums are entirely made of vinyl scratches and hisses. For the nostalgic fan.  
 
Armpit Orchestral Prog
In this subgenre, bands often collaborate with orchestras with more than two hundred instruments, however, they're all unuseful, because the musicians limit themselves to make noises with their armpits

I always thought Jethro Tull is a bit out of place in "Folk Prog".

Music SO progressive it has become not progressive.

I think Slayer is an example of this. Their music is SO fast and complex you can not tell!
They actually 12 riffs a second ya know

Both of them already exist IRL.
For Punk Prog (or Progressive Punk), I've seen some people creating the horrible world "Pronk" (nearly the sound of farts) when talking about the Cardiacs, Oingo Boingo or even Devo (Punishment of Luxury would complete this list).
