I agree with you. The other day I needed some geographical data to include in a review I was writing, and found out the active 'by country' link had disappeared. Personally, I think it was very useful, especially when dealing with 'smaller' countries (my search involved Puerto Rico).

I agree. Now that my country has 3 or 4 bands here, i'd love to seacrh them using that feauture, even though most of them suck.

Bringing back the feature would be nice...in the meantime, feel free to check the list by country I've made while ago.

I'll add my name to the list of people who would like to see this feature return.

In order to see what bands we have by country, you only need to type a country's name in the site search engine. Here's what you get for Argentina for example:
Progressive Rock & Related Bands/artists from ARGENTINAThis kind of link appears for all countries but it's usually not the first link in the list. However it's always on the first page of results. The strange thing is that there's no entry for Puerto Rico. That either means that: - we have no bands from Puerto Rico, which I doubt - Puerto Rico is not a country, which I doubt (maybe a translation for Rico's Port? ) - there's a technical issue. |
