Crisis side effect  from time to time now you have special sales to boost the economy here in france and the other day I took a couple of records home ....among them a CD of a project band of Danish percussionist Marylin Mazur (who played with Miles Davis, Jan Gabarek)called Marylin's Mazurs Furure Song or on their latest release in 2004 just Future Song So the above mentionned record was released in 1990 and presents a mix of  improvised & composed music with ethnic elemnts not unlike Jan Gabarek and contains an athmospheric17 minutes long suite.Lots of percussion, but maybe the most outstanding feature is Aina Kemanis voice present on nearly all the tracks. Other members of the band would later be involved in the Nu Jazz movement like Nils Petter Molvær on trumpet and Audun Kleive on drums.
