Hi.

I was very tempted to include a reference, with link, to the free compilation CD on my, so far, two MANNING reviews. The free and very much Guy Manning authorised compilation CD can be found at www.guymanning.com  In other words; his homepage where you can buy his albums.

I did not include any references after reviewing the reviews guidelines.

I am still in doubt and I am planning to do some more MANNING reviews where a reference to this compilation CD is appropriate.

Can I get advice/a ruling from a higher office (with reference to a Rush song)/the admin ?

Are they full songs? I've never heard anything from him but that could be a great way to get him known.

I don't see a problem with including a reference to where interested readers of your review can hear music from the artist.  I know that I have done a review of an album that was available for download on the band's website, as well as in a thread here in the forums, and I referenced that in my review.

If it is authorised by the artist and is guaranteed 100% legal and legit then I dont see a problem.

Pretty much this

Sounds like a great way to get to know a band... I've found 3 great bands I've loved from the Music streamer here on PA, so owning them would be a good next step up to take.

Download the Manning sampler. It is an excellent freebie in itself. All good things are free. Love, the sun, this sampler....... www.guymanning.com
