him!.....and Bill's shop is the only place where you can order a
personalized copy of the book.

Click on the following link to pre-order the standard or personalized
version of Bill's autobiography. Also exclusive to Bill's shop, ALL
orders for this book come with a free full-color Summerfold and
Winterfold sticker. Due to the weight of the book, we will manually add
$4.00 to the shipping and handling for orders to Canada, and $7.00
extra for orders to the rest of the world. Please note that for orders
outside the US, the shipping charges that appear on your invoice will
increase by the amounts listed above.

Please note that orders for personalized copies will take a minimum of three weeks longer than an order for a standard version.  Please keep personalized notes to ten words or less.  You can write your personalized message in the 'notes' field of the order form.
