Progman, great poll, however, too narrow. I'd love to have seen a few more choices. Yes and Rush are the only two still really doing anything. Geritol Prog. Wheelchairs and Walkers on stage................

You gotta have King Crimson in a favorite prog band poll !!!!!
( even though I voted for Genesis)

I voted for Pink Floyd but the list is extremely limited. I agree Dream Theater should be added and since we seem to like older bands around here what about Kansas ?

Gotta say that list is a little short. KC and GG at the very least should be added.

Voted for Pink Floyd but it was a hard chice to make. I mean my favourite VDGG is not here and that's a shame. Where's Gentle Giant, Camel?
A what the hell RUSH is doing there? I love and admire them but they shouldn't stand among bands like YES, GENESIS. It's not fair.

I tend to agree with perry where's Gentle Giant? And Rush to me is not a "prog" band. AND WHERE IS CRIMSON!

A vote for Yes. I have loved this band since the 70s and doubt whether a band could come along now and knock them from the top of my favorites pile, though Spocks Beard comes close.

ELP have been my favourite band since 1977 and will remain so I suspect.

Though i voted for Genesis i think that prog music is so "chaotic" that noone has a favourite band or song! It's just what comes first into your mind when you answer the question..
Though i would have voted for Dream Theater or Jethro Tull if they were included! (That would have been a hard one! )

Yes for me, but this poll lacks some of the major bands.
