The Progressive Manifesto Festival, held by brazilian band Poços & Nuvens, will have the fifth edition in 2009. Exact data to be confirmed later.
Bands confirmed: Poços & Nuvens.
Venue: Theatro Treze de Maio, Santa Maria-RS, Brazil.
