That“s for sure. Batman is still wearing his underpants over his superhero suit  Spiderman would probably suffer from severe laugh attack before beginning that fight

Yeah I agree....anyways.....bet not many people know that Batman used to put Robin down his pants to impress Catwoman.

I don't think anyone could beat Batman. He's the most indestructible Human on earth. Plus I don't like Spiderman so I'd help the Bat out.

Well as seeing how Batman really is human and relies on intellectual cunning and gadgets, I don't see how he could beat spidey with his spider awareness and strength...

I thought this was going to be serious discussion on the fighting prowess of two superheros and it just got too silly for me. I'm going to try and find a real serious thread. Something military.

Well, Spiderman is more powerful and stronger than Batman. Plus, he has real super-powers (spider-sense, ability to stick on the floors...).
On the other hand, Batman is more rational and has more experience on strategies and tactics (don't forget he is more or less the leader of the JLA).
Both of them are used to an urban landscape and know how to use it (skyscrapers, dead-ends, small streets...).
My conclusion: hard to conclude. Batman could win if pushing his tactical reflexions to the max, in order to counter-strike the powers of Spiderman. But this last one would be far superior in a boxing fight.

I would have to agree. Batman would create a series of diversions and lure Spiderman into devastating check-mate situation.
