Erhm . . . I chose Yes just because it was very innovative at the time to have such a lush logo to identify a rock band with.
In terms of modern bands, though, I very much like Tool's ''Lateralus"-era logo and Symphony X's logo. But Opeth's is good, too.

Does Zeppelin even have a logo?
I chose Yes', their logo basically resembles classic prog within itself for me.

From the list - Opeth's logo is super cool but a b*gger to carve into a school desk - you could knock-off a reasonable facsimile of the Yes logo in a few minutes with a pair of compasses.

The old Marillion logo, I think.
I never heard anything from Opeth , but their logo is cool, I must say. I also liked the old Traffic logo.
