Rick Wakeman, Keith Emerson, Chris Squire and Simon Kirke will be performing a one off gig supporting Led Zeppelin's live night in London, UK.
What a band that could be!

What a pity that I didn't survive the lottery. I wish I was there...But maybe they will prolonged the adventure.
If not, I will consolate myself and remind me their show in January 75 ("Physical Graffiti" tour - average) and the great Page / Plant concert in 1999 during their world tour.

I'm surely going to search for any possible recording of that gig... must be great! Keith and Rick have wanted to do a tour, before, but didn't. And with His Royal Bassness Chris Squire it can't be less than fantastic!

I`d go just to see these guys go at it. But no guitar player??? from an interview Plant gave he doesn`t seem to be too enthusiastic about this Zeppelin re-grouping. Anyone know who`s going top be on the kit?

Jason Bonham (the son)
and yes Plant is sort of forced into it by Page
This reunion is supposed to be for Ahmet Ertegun's foundation (Atlantic label boss) who died last year.

That`s what I thought. He sounds so much like his dad. One thing for sure, it`s going to be interesting to see how it turns out.

I don't suppose I could ask where to find the Plant interview. The bits I've read from Page seem to indicate that he's the most enthusiastic, with Jones being open minded as to what comes next. |

W.E.S.K.... Sounding like Heavy Symphonic Prog band for me!
But in every case W.E.S.K. are a extreme great band!
And Zep... Like in other case... risk to to be outclassed. Unfortunately!

it wouldn't make any difference whether you lived in London or Katmandu, the way the tickets were allocated, it doesn't make any difference. i live only a few miles from O2 and i didn't get "selected" for a ticket - as the concert is being held in London we should have priority
![]() it's just not fair...
