My stupid work made me do buggies instead of cash, so for 5 hours I was haulin' grocery carts inside, the whole while a brutal dance-mix of "Lollipop" going. I heard some stupid girl listening to it in her car as I passed by. Damn that sucked...

Internal iPod = songs playing in your head when you're not listening to music.

Ah. Ennio Morricone's "The Ecstasy of Gold" from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. I think I'm gonna play it every time I'm about to bed my lady. Now all I need is a lady...

My math teacher saw Genesis twice last weekend, so after he mentioned it I had Return of the Giant Hogweed in my head. Then something from Jesus Christ Superstar.

Comfortably Numb to The Wicker Man. It was like.
I have become comfortably numb, he sees the world exploding every single night!

I can no longer hear PF's 'Intersteller Overdrive' without it turning into 'Old Ned',the theme from Steptoe and Son.

Just to clarify, an internal iPod is what you listen to when you don't have an external iPod (or other music-listening device), it's not necessarily what you have stuck in your head.
Today at work I had this riff going endlessly and I was trying to remember who does it, and I was killing myself and then realized. "Oh wait...maybe I just made that up?" and then I realized what an awesome riff it was hand how I was going to be famous 'cause of it, and I was headbanging away as customers came by, staring at me as if I were crazy. Then suddenly I remembered it was from Mr. Bungle's California album. Then I got pissed.
Then strangely, I had one of my own songs stuck in my head. That was weird and annoying.
