These guys appear to be having a lot of fun with their music (it's easy to tell by the pics/bio).  The Theory of One guys are a prog metal group, not a bad one at that.  The recordings (especially the first on the myspace) aren't super high quality, in particular the snare bothers me a bit.  Tis pretty good though.  Not super complex at most times but it has it's prog moments for sure.

They have an EP out, The Power of Fire.  My favorite song from the page is Cocalolaco, while the two below it are pretty good too (Metal Slug and There is Something Everywhere).  These guys should be seen by the PMT, and I'll probably contact them pretty soon.

Some info:
The Power of Fire EP
1. Summersong Dale
2. Asians and Motorcycles (A&MC)
3. Steel Plates Ahead
4. Cocalolaco
5. Squanto Goes To The Zoo
6. There's Something Everywhere...

Just listened to the songs on MySpace.  Very nice instrumentals.  Definitely falls somewhere in the heavy prog/prog metal category.
