It would be best to ask a librarian how it would be catalogued presented with this same information... but one of those I am not.
TFK's official site may have
Meet The Flower Kings as the title, but that appears not to be what it was published as. As can be seen in my original post, the spine has the
@Live Recording 2003 reference as the title ... the front of the CD booklet has this same reference at the top of the art work ... and both CD's have
@Live Recording 2003 printed on them ... (with
Meet The Flower Kings at the bottom of the booklet cover page and in the booklet on Page 5. directly adjacent to
@Live Recording 2003 on Page. 4 being the only references to
MTFK in the whole CD package)
...so I am thinking Meet The Flower Kings has become the colloquial name, perhaps because @Live Recording 2003 is a bit of a mouthful ... but that doesn't make it right!
I am happy either way ... I am just in favour of accruacy where possible ... perhaps @Live Recording 2003 (aka Meet The Flower Kings) would be a fitting compromise.
Even AMG has
MTFK as the title ... but I have been told elsewhere in PA today that AMG cannot be trusted for accuracy

Perhaps Inside-Out Records could be canvassed for a point of view?
Anyhow, 'nuff said by me on this topic. I will leave all deliberation - if any - to the E&O team.
