I do like KC a lot.
However my vote goes to Rush because of their string of fantastic studio albums: 2112, A Farewell to Kings, Hemispheres, Permanent Waves and Moving Pictures. |

I'm running still,
I shall until, one day I hope that I'll arrive |

No matter how much I like KC, and no matter how brilliant they are - I voted Rush. Geddy Lee's Bass and Neils drumming do the trick for me.

Rush followed Queen in their musical development and King Crimson released their albums before Queen were a well known act i think Rush has a little advantage for they could learn from the master.
So i guess my vote goes to Rush, if Queen had been an option I would have gone for ELP though, since that has Greg Lake in it.

Oh...don't do this to me. Both such great bands.
It will have to be Rush.
