Band inclusion process

   Please concider this:

The adding process of the suggested bands could be more open to the public. 

There could be open lists in threads not open for discussion for example?
It would be nice to see which groups have been proposed and recjected, and which are in the evaluation status.

This kind of list has already been done of folk prog by the team's manager to the collab zone, an act which I would recommend as an example!
