I vote for "Through the Looking Glass", but "The Edge of Forever" is an excellent choice too.

Hard choice but it has to be Through The Looking Glass. The 'Run Alice....' section is just brilliant.

The Odessey. Brilliant main theme, a start with a full orchestra sound, and flyin' guitar work combine to make this one rock.
