I'll go first: I would remove Hackett from Genesis and i would put Dave Gilmour.

Take Peter Gabriel out of Genesis and replace him with Fish from Marillion.

I've got a really stupid one - take Jon Anderson and Rick Wakeman out of Yes and replace them with the two guys from Buggles.
