I experienced an error whilst cleaning my private messages: I chose one message to be deleted, and as I removed it, all the maisl in my Inbox disappeared... Tongue Luckilly there weren't any unread messages there.

maybe you pressed the wrong button that says Delete All Messages instead of Delete Selected Messages

It's happened to me a couple of times and I assumed I'd clicked the wrong button. I have seen it reported before though. Perhaps if you select more than a certain number at a time, it just deletes them all.

^ OK, that has to be the solution. Embarrassed It's a dangerous button! Luckilly big damage was not done, I only miss the harrasment message I got from Velvet sh*t, which I found very amusing.

^^^^^^^^

I don't like this button much myself. I mean this PM reserve can be used for storage space and the thought of this button clearing it all away is stressing me also as I regularly clean my mailbox.

I generally try to keep the capacity to 20% full, by eliminating the first replies and only keeping the last replies of PM topics.

There are bugs in the deleting of mail, although I've not come across this one before.

If you open a PM, then delete it, you get a message box saying it's been deleted. If you then open another PM and close it without deleting it, you get the same message box saying it's been deleted. Confused the hell out of me when it first happened!

^^^^^^^^^^

never saw that one

Although in the PM , you get the same type of bug than in the forum as you sometimes get a meesage that the box is empty and you've filled a book's worth of text. I end closing the help box, and copy my text, then start over the reply box and paste the copied text and it works fine then!
