Found this on the net:

Where are they now?

The stories we heard growing up was that he quit the band thinking "they were going nowhere". It appears the main reason he left the group was due to health reasons, he had diabetes and couldn't go on extended tours.

After a failed attempt to start another band he quit drums altogether and became a body builder, apparently living in Toronto.

I read a biography on Yes where Rick Wakeman claiming that 'Eddie Offord had gone to Mars' explaining the less than decent production the album had received, leading one to draw your own conclusions on Eddie's state of mind at that point. Has Eddie even produced anything after Pallas' 'The Sentinel'? I certainly don't own anything after that with his name on it, and the production on that is clunky and very dated, working against an otherwise superb album.

Just been looking up Eddie on the internet. I found that he'd produced an album by a band called 'Medicine' a few years back, and also a guy called Billy Squire in the 80s, so he's obviously still doing some work albeit not as prolific as he once was.

Billy Squire... hahahhaha.... I used to have all of his albums.  The Stroke was my theme song in college.

I don't think GY!BE disbanded, but they're working on various side projects at the moment (A Silver Mt.Zion being the most notable one). I really hope they'll be getting together again some time soon.

No idea about Ark.

it's amazing how popular he still is.  He is going to be touring with Ringo Starr's Big Band.
