Hi

Just wondered if there were any options for reducing the number of images displayed  on the message board e.g for disabling display of avatars or signatures

Not via the website. However if you use Internet Explorer try this:

Select from toolbar: tools>Internet Options>Advanced.

Scroll down to where it says Multimedia and "untick" show pictures

Let me know if it works for you

Yes,  I guess that would work, but wasn't quite what I had in mind!  Just a personal preference (plus it's not so obvious what I'm looking at when reading the site at work......)

I could ask Max about a low graphics version......many sites already do this,for example the good old BBC!

I personally like the sigs. Most of them anyway. it allows a little bot of personality.
