Hello.. as all you know..im poor in english so its difficult to explain me about why i maked this poll..

Because since im here.. i watched that people here are often giving their opinion about what they listen and are often comparating their band whith others people bands..so i decided to make a pool to know if there are people who are here as a Prog "Sub-Genre" fan in first..!

I'd have to admit to being predominately 70's symphonic fan - that's what i first came to love and know as "progressive music". Whilst I don't limit myself to that sub-genre, (I like TMV, I like Tool, I love fusion, etc) that is where many of my favourites lie. Oh dear, how untrendy am I??!!

Everyone of them. I do have, however, those changing temporal inclinations towards certain genres at different times. For instance lately it has been more RIO and Avant and Symphonic. Before that it was more Metal and space. Its like seasons of the year, the moods change.

I like all prog sub-genres. Most of the albums I have are either symphonic or prog-metal (or folk-prog as in JT), but that's because I've listended those sub-genres the longest. I've just recently started to listen to Krautrock, Italian Symphonic, Fusion and others sub-genres and found a lot new music thanks to Prog Archives.
