Does anyone know if there are new Genesis remasters planned? the 1994 ones contain no bonus tracks, and it would be great to get to hear unreleased tracks and demos

seems to me that lots of prog bands (or most bands in general) are making new reisues (typo). so maybe something might be coming.

The last lot of Japanese-made Genesis remasters with the cardboard replica covers, struggled to sell and I managed to pick up the first 4 for under 20 quid total, and then went back for same for a friend. I still see Abacab with cardboard sleeve  in sales. Therefore I suspect there won' t be a mad rush to produce a re-re-reissue.

I doubt well see much remasters after the last 2 packages : the Gabriel years and the Collin years.

What I 'd love to see is a DVD of the Lamb Lies Down on Broadway show.

Its is rumoured only Micheal Rutherford has a show of the Lamb Lies Down on Broadway locked up in his safe and he's not sharing it ?

Does Anyone have a take on this ?

Sorry Aztech, there's no tape of The Lamb, Peter Gabriel searched for years for a good bootleg, but there's not even a complete one.

The only film existing can be seen in the Video "Genesis A History" but it contains silent images (filmed in Super 8) of parts of the show, so they had to put the music over the images for the historical video, but it's partial.

Mike doesn't have a copy either, it's a shame, a great show lost for ever, believe we should see the guys from  "The Musical Box" as the closest option.

Thanks for the info Ivan but i pray you're wrong but then again it would seem something should of showed up by now.

I only have a 5min bootleg of a sort of lamb tv promo

I don't get it there are a few super 8  of older shows why not one when they were even more popular ...it doesn't make sense.Confused

I'm still gonna hope something shows up someday.

I heard that too. Is there any chance for an England of Foxtrot DVD?
