I play keyboards and guitar in a prog band. I have an old Yamaha synth which is really good, but i was thinking of getting another to go with it: a Roland Juno-D. Very good synth I've heard, lots of cool sounds and good effects. Or...should I go for an Epiphone Les Paul Goldtop? Also an excellent guitar, I have wanted one for quite a while, and it would replace my Ibanez RG, which doesn't look right in my band.

Get the keyboard, your Ibanez is fine and an Epiphone won't be too much up on it, if your going to upgrade get a Gibson Les Paul Deluxe

Get the guitar. I don't know about the sound, but at least it looks much better than your Ibanez.
