Merry Christmas to you. Islands has always been my favorite K.C. Lp. "The Letters".....well.....the surprising instrumental burst in the middle saves that song from boredom.

I find Sinfields lyrics in Islands more accesible and less epic than in previous work, and Letters is maybe the best lyric of the whole album...so its something! And the sax entrance is awesome, I love how low the song is and...BAM the sax come in....excellent!

Its is True that Sinfields words are not (nearly as epic) but I could Argue that Progressive means change and hi work on that LP was the product of a change.

By the Way Does anyone know why he left after that LP or was it to pursue othe works and interests?
