Methinks he doth protest too much.
But who cares. Statistically 15% of the members here are gay.
And 100% of the ELP fans...............

Human being is the most stupid creature. Even now, XXI century, there are many, too many people in this world thinking about if the neighbor is black, white, jew, muslim, gay, hetero, poor, rich, left wing, right wing, etc etc... Just listen to the good music and forget foolishness!

Now I'm kinda curious about what was originally said. If you hadn't started the thread I don't think hardly anyone would have known or cared. Now I think you are required to provide a link to whatever post it is you are disclaiming.
Maybe try to be more specific, too - there's more than one james running around...while I don't give a ratsass what people think of my sexuality, I wouldn't want anyone to think I might be spreading lies.

The percentage is probably much lower on this site....prog rock and the gay lifestyle don't really go hand in hand. I am not trying to stereotype as i am sure there is a percentage but 10-15......no way.....perhaps if this was a broadway musical or tribute to Cher that percentage would be up that high....maybe higher.
It is all about environment, culture, etc,. and this isn't the ideal environment for the typical gay person.

I made my percentage up for the sake of comedy.
There are lies, danned lies and there are statistics.

Well I'm a huge ELP fan, and I'm straight... My son is gay, and he's not an ELP fan. And I usually attract gay men like flypaper. I'm evidently the perfect fag hag, so they say. And yet I never met a gay man at an ELP concert, nor do any of my many gay males friends like ELP at all... The closest they get is probably Phil Collins....

well I love going to concerts... where I can prove that you don't have to be young to get a few rock stars to want to hug all over you. I had a great time tho.. hanging out with Maani. I'm sure he'll tell you all about it somewhere around here.
