im 15, live in Connecticut, i was introduced to rush by a friend, loved them. started listening to king crimson, and some other ancient prog-gods. since im a young'n, im more into the modern prog scene.

more modern prog bands that i like: mars volta, fates warning, dream theater, marillion, spocks beard, opeth, tool, porcupine tree, carptree, magic pie, RAIN, 3, explosions in the sky, mogwai, steve walsh, glass hammer, frogg cafe, pendragon... and others i cant name off the top of my head.

happy to be a member :D any recomendations for good NEW prog? (im familiar with the old prog gods)

hmm ive never heard of citizen cain ill have to check them out. k2 is that band ryo okumoto plays keyboard in right? ive heard of them, but havent heard them, ill check them out as well, thanks :)
