   im makin an ametuer music video 
and well my camcorder is a tape dealy thingy
and im wondering how do transfer the data from the tape to my computer so i can burn it onto a cd

	If it isn't a DV camera you will need specialised hardware to take in an analog feed. There are specialised PCI cards that will do this job, but, I am not too sure on this, one of the reasonbly cheap TV cards may do the job if it has an anology video in plug
