I don't know how reliable the poll results will be, as you've asked for
the worst band rather than the best - I'm pretty sure that some people
aren't going to realise that.

I don't think either Dream Theater or Iron Maiden are weak bands.And choosing between the two is ridiculous.They are among the top bands in their respective genres(Progressive Metal & Heavy Metal).
So,I didn't vote.

I SUGGEST OTHERS IN THE SAME VEIN:
Rap versus R'n'b
Punk versus disco
etc...
Btw, i don't like GG, but i can compare with a false prog band like DT or with Iron maiden which has nothing to do with prog genre.

Yeah but just look.. right now we have 2 "vs" polls in the active topic list... besides how can You compare a band that was a inspiration for the other?
btw, I hate comparing my fav bands If You'd put Shadow Gallery into the bill I would go crying 2 Tony!

DT by far. Maiden are much better, and I don't think they have nothing to do with prog. In the Archives there are bands which have even less to do with prog than Maiden.

Why not? both are leading prog metal bands and alot of fans of iron maiden listens to dream theater and vice versa
