Sorry about sucha long OP, and I know that having many of these can be annoying. I wish more were coming up with new polls, and these will fade into the ether.
Here is the masterlist from whence I chose 26. Trees and Trees Speak are two different bands. You can vote once for one of them (please specify in a post) or twice for both. Taj-Mahal Travellers * Tako Talk Talk * Talking Heads * Tangerine Dream * Tapir! * Tartar Lamb Tea and Symphony * Teeth of the Sea * Television * Tenhi Takaaki Terahara (aka J.A. Caesar/Seazer) * Thee Oh Sees * La Theorie des Cordes These Trails * Laurent Thibault Thinking Fellers Union Local 282 * Thinking Plague * Third Ear Band This Heat * This Mortal Coil (carelessly added under M before) Yann Tiersen * Time of Orchids * Tindersticks * Tipographica * The Keith Tippett Group * toe Tone Float Tonton Macoute Janick Top The Tornadoes * Torngat Tortilla Flat Tortoise * Toy Matinee Trader Horne Trees * Trees Speak * Tubeway Army (already included with Gary Numan) Tudor Lodge * Nik Turner Tuxedomoon * TwinSisterMoon * Tyrannosaurus Rex/ T. Rex Some not in the masterlist of my faves above that I know have fans here and/or are notable: The Tangent The Tea Club TesseracT Them Moose Rush Therion Thieves' Kitchen Thought Industry Three Man Army Threshold Thy Catafalque Steve Tibbetts Tir Na Nog Tool Torman Maxt David Torn Touch (US) Ralph Towner Devin Townsend Traffic Trans-Siberian Orchestra Transatlantic Triana Triumvirat True Symphonic Rockestra (with James LaBrie) La Tulipe Noire Twelfth Night I imagine that quite a few would prefer choices from the second list, but as always, I will ask people to vote for three (or more, or less) that they appreciate from my list and mention those if applicable, and to mention their own favourites (preferably with listening links if fairly obscure). If applicable, please choose three acts, or more, or less, from this poll of some of my favourites to vote on and mention in a post, and please mention any of your own favourites. I encourage commentary and discussion on any that you think apply. Note that not all are Prog in the poll and in the masterlist, but to me they have significant enough relations to be sufficiently relevant to a forum of Progressive rock enthusiasts. Here are the past polls: 25 "S" List Acts & 25 "R" List Acts & 28 "P" List Acts & 27 "O" List Acts & 27 "N" List Acts & 25 "M" List Acts & 25 "L" List Acts & 25 "K" List Acts & 25 "I and J" List Acts & 25 "H" List Acts & 29 "G" List Acts & 26 "F" List Acts & 25 "E" List Acts & 26 "D" List Acts & 25 "C" List Acts & 25 "B" List Acts & 25 "A" List Acts Edited by Logan - September 16 2024 at 20:30 |

Fifteen additional favorites:
McCoy Tyner Thin Lizzy Horace Tapscott Cecil Taylor (ca. 1957-1962) Amedeo Tommasi Okay Temiz (already mentioned under "o" for Oriental Wind) Henri Texier Tiny Tim Trembling Strain Bobb Trimble A Tribe Called Quest James Tatum Jukka Tolonen John Tchicai Toubabou (their album "Attente" is one of those brilliant one-off's. I highly reccomend it, if you're not already familiar with them) -and I included Tubeway Army in my Numan "n"-list. Finally from additional outside of masterlist-list: I love Traffic's "John Barleycorn Must Die", Tír na nÓg's debut album + I'm an on and off Tool-fanboy:) |

^ I did feel like a bit of a traitor for not listing Triumvirat in the poll, but truth be told, while I enjoy T-rat music, I care more about presdoug. :) Nether-the-less, Rat On!
Love those three, but since Tangerine Dream has so many votes, I will go with This Heat. And because Talk Talk has a significant number of votes, I will go with Tuxedomoon. And then Tortoise as my third in this "race" (not a contest really), and not by a hare. Edited by Logan - September 17 2024 at 09:47 |

Talk Talk - Talking Heads - Tangerine Dream - Thinking Plague - This Heat - Tortoise - Tuxedomoon are the voteworthy ones.
Talk Talk and Tangerine Dream are proper biggies in my music world and Tortoise come third. Ah, I see that this is not sooo original. Well so be it then.

The only Taj-Mahal's album is very similar to Zeit also in the structure. So I voted both them and TD. Other votes go to Television and Thinking Feller.
