Searching a song with "Shine on you crazy diamond"

   Hi !
I'm asking here for your help because I can't remember about a specific song, and I'm starting to believe that I just dreamed of it. 

It's a song that contains, near the end of it, a little tribute to "Shine on you crazy diamond" by Pink Floyd (with the four famous notes of Syd's theme, and the same pattern of instruments). 

I don't have much other informations, except suppositions : 
- The track was probably longer than 4-5 minutes
- Probably from a progressive rock band (I mainly listen to bands like Dream Theater, Leprous, Porcupine Tree of The Pineapple Thief... but that's from none of these)
- Probably quite recent

But i'm not sure of all of this 
If you have an idea, or if you already heard that song, I'll be glad to have the name !!!
